The final beam was lifted into place for the new hotel and convention center at Saracen Casino Resort on Tuesday.
Carlton Saffa, Chief Market Officer for Saracen Casino Report, spoke with Deltaplex News about the momentous occasion once the beam was bolted into place, saying it has been a long time coming.
Saffa said there is a plan in place to begin targeting visitors from other areas outside of Central Arkansas.
A 1600 seat event center is a part of the ongoing construction. Saffa says people will “see some serious acts” in the event center.
A Hot Springs resident hit a $924,000 jackpot recently, and Saffa says Saracen Casino has seen an increase in players since then.
